Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2016

Finance/Credit (Scale 2) : 235 Vacant Posts

  • The applicant needs to be of 25-32 years of age as on 1-11-2016. Age relaxations will be applicable as per general rules which is OBC will be given 3 Years age relaxations and SC/ST will be given 5 years of age relaxations in recruitment.
  • Applicant must have done CA/ICWA or Full Time MBA (Finance) or PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
  • Experience of Atleast 2 years is required in Credit processing/appraisal, Corporate credit relationship management (preferred to have in banking or finance sector).
Finance/Credit (Scale 3) : 205 Vacant Posts
  • The applicant needs to be of 28-40 years of age as on 1-11-2016. Age relaxations will be applicable as per general rules which is OBC will be given 3 Years age relaxations and SC/ST will be given 5 years of age relaxations in recruitment.
  • Applicant must have done CA/ICWA or Full Time MBA (Finance) or PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
  • Experience of Minimum 4 years is required in Credit processing/appraisal, Corporate credit relationship management (preferred to have in banking or finance sector).

Marketing (Scale 2) : 200 Vacant Posts
  • The applicant needs to be of 25-32 years of age as on 1-11-2016. Age relaxations will be applicable as per general rules which is OBC will be given 3 Years age relaxations and SC/ST will be given 5 years of age relaxations in recruitment.
  • Must have MBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PG Degree in Marketing.
  • Must have minimum of 3 years experience in banking/financial services firm in sales department.
Trade Finance (Scale 2) : 100 Vacant Posts
  • The applicant needs to be of 28-40 years of age as on 1-11-2016. Age relaxations will be applicable as per general rules which is OBC will be given 3 Years age relaxations and SC/ST will be given 5 years of age relaxations in recruitment.
  • Applicant must have done CA/ICWA or Full Time MBA (Finance) or PGDBM (Finance) or PGDM (Finance).
  • Experience of Minimum 4 years is required in Credit processing/appraisal, Corporate credit relationship management (preferred to have in banking or finance sector).
Human Resource Management (Scale 2) 
  • Applicant must have a degree in MBA/PGDM in HRM/Industrial Relations/HRD (2 year full time course).
  • Applicant must possesses 2 years working experience in banks or financial institutions in field of HR.

Selection Procedure of bank of Baroda Recruitment
As same as the salary and eligibility, the selection pattern will also be different for different posts and scale.
Scale 1 Posts will require  : Online Test followed by GD & Interview
Scale 2, 3 and 4 will require : GD and (or) Interview

Service Bond : All selected candidates who accepts employment through this recruitment will be taken under a 3 years bond with bank of baroda. Incase you discontinue within 3 years you will be paying 1.5 Lakh rupees to bank of Baroda as breaking the contract.
